Job Description:
Apex Systems is looking for a tier 1 helpdesk support analyst that is fluent in both Japanese and English.  This will be solely phone support and will help end users over basic troubleshooting issues.

Job Requirements:
Bilingual in English/Japanese with technical support & customer service experience
There will be a test over reading and writing of both languages so fluency is a must.  Must be a US citizen.

Salary:
$35,000 - 38,500/year
